Fast Forward Strategy Consulting ("Fast Forward", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of an enquiry you send through our contact form or by email. We do not collect sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to have a conversation about how we might help, and to keep in touch about that. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to provide a service you have asked for, or where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
If we use website analytics, we use a privacy friendly service and only to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. Any cookies used for this purpose do not identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to retain it only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was provided.
Your rights
