We exist to drive real, tangible strategy outcomes, not pretty documents that sit in a drawer. Too often we see strategy done to organisations, or produced in isolation. We believe strategy needs to be done with the organisation to achieve the desired results, so we built our methodology to unlock powerful strategies with the foundations to execute them.

It starts with strong foundations, the evidence everything rests on, then the right people working on the build, and a blueprint that produces the clarity of focus and business direction. Built well, it permeates the culture of the business, catalyses action, and drives clear ownership and focus to achieve the desired outcome.
About us
Fast Forward was shaped by years working both inside and alongside organisations, from large corporates to boutique consulting firms. That experience has shown us where strategy most often breaks down. Not in the thinking alone, but in the gap between ambition, evidence, ownership and execution.
We bring the rigour of consulting, the practicality of in house delivery, and the commercial discipline of working in environments where choices need to be clear, grounded and executable. The result is a more robust approach to strategy, one that helps leadership teams cut through complexity, make better decisions, and build plans that can actually be delivered.
Fast Forward is led by Trevor Booth, a strategy and transformation consultant with more than 20 years’ experience across consulting, corporate and startup environments globally and in New Zealand.
Trevor works directly with senior leaders and their teams to shape strategy, clarify choices, align priorities and translate ambition into practical plans for delivery. Every engagement is built around client involvement, clear thinking and a focus on outcomes that can be owned and executed by the business.
